SUGGESTED GUIDLINES
The aims of the project are to craft and mantain a co-operative
self-sustainable community [? involving ?] the wider community.
PROJECT CARER
After a week of being involved in the project everyone is welcome to
become a project carer if they agree with the project aims. Carers
can include anyone with interest and willing to take responsibility with
the project and the running of it. We encourage site residents, the
[? local community ?] day visitors working on land, helpers and
administrators to become project carers.

SECURITY SHARED RESPONSIBILITY COMMUNICATION ENVIRONMENTAL AIMS
The large main gate (vehicle access) will be locked at all times. Keys
kept by project carers. The side door (access to persons) will be
left open and bolted if necessary (at night). Keys kept by project
carers.
The general running of the project will be an equally shared
responsibility. No one person will be stuck with one role, Rotational jobs
encouraged.
Communication is very important amongst project carers and visitors, as
well as [? across council, press, wider community and resources ?]
etc.
Education on ecological awareness is vital for the aims of this project.
